Job Title: Graduate Online Merchandiser/ Field Inspector
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Take Photograph and edit product images not found online in line with set guidelines.
• Periodic review of the site for completeness, accuracy and attractiveness.
• Conduct stock checks at retail partners according to defined schedules.
• Manage relationship with retail partners
• Pro-actively,negotiate with and sign new retail partners.
• Design innovate promotions tailored to specific demographics as well as providing Support to the Operations team during spikes in order volume.
• Uploading materials on the E-commerce website.
• Ensuring the website is up to date with the number of uploaded materials and sold out items.
• Carrying out inspection on the field which entails visit to sites and proper material tracking.
• Assist in ensuring all products are beautifully and strategically merchandised across the site.
• Liaise with merchandising, editorial, press and production to merchandise the site to maximize sales.
• Monitor stock levels and key deliveries to ensure products are attractively presented across prime product locations.
• Custom build product lists to support editorial and email marketing, using knowledge of stock availability to ensure lists are commercial, yet maintaining the fashion credibility of the site.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A University Degree in any Engineering/technical course or any other relevant field.
• At Least 2-3 year’s experience in a similar role.
• Experience in Merchandising, Buying/Purchasing, E-commerce, Retail is highly preferred.
• Must be computer literate and very proficient with the use of Microsoft Office packages.
• Very good knowledge of Engineering products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiating skills as well as the ability to take initiative and work independently with little or no supervision.
• Must be enthusiastic and display professionalism at all times.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
